Do not shop at this store or with this company. I placed a custom order on 4/23/22 with a scheduled delivery date of 9/27/22. The order was incorrect and changed on 5/10/22. This error on the salesperson part causes the order to pushed back until 10/7/22. Upon checking the order status it was scheduled for delivery 10/11/22. On 10/5/22 rcv’d call that furniture would be available for delivery on 10/14/22. I was fine with that. On 10/11/22 another phone call saying items would not be available until 10/25/22. However, that date couldn’t be guaranteed. Canceled entire order. The Campcreek store manager Ms. Rick is never at the store and the customer service is non-existent. I hate that this is the service we receive in our community. Again, I don’t recommend this location or American Signature at all.
