DO NOT , PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE. SUPPOSEDLY THE MANAGER IS NO LONGER THERE AND THERE SEEMS TO BE A FILL IN FOR THE TIME BEING AND SHE IS EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNHELPFUL. THE CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER IS A JOKE. I ORDER AND RECEIVED 4 COUNTER HEIGHT BAR STOOLS, UPON UNBOXING THEM AND ASSEMBLING THEM 3 ARE DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, IT HAS NOW BEEN A WEEK AND HALF AND NO RESOLUTION. THEY WANTED TO SEND REPLACEMENTS PARTS FOR BROKEN WOOD, LOPSIDED BACKS AND MISSING FOAM, I SAID NO SO NOW THEY SAY WAIT ANOTHER WEEK TO GET AN ANSWER ABOUT HAVING THEM SWAPPED OUT. TO SAY THAT THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GARBAGE STILL DOESNT DESCRIBE THE TRUE QUALITY OF THEIR PRODUCT AND ACTIONS.

WORST DELIVERY EVER! Save yourself a headache and shop somewhere else. I bought a new mattress and paid for removal of the old mattress. They took the old mattress out of my house, then left it in my front yard and drove away. Customer services and store management has been unresponsive.
