Todd was phenomenal! Only giving 4stars until I get my couches then I’ll update to 5. Todd was very patient with me and my indicisiveness. I have a piece in my home (peach dining table) that is very difficult to match. He even took the time out to go over color combinations that match my table! I took about an hour to make a decision and he sat with me to work into my budget instead of trying to make me buy stuff I couldn’t afford or didn’t need. I was at several rooms to go out stores and people didn’t take the time but Todd did. I had money in hand ready to spend and I’m so glad I didn’t have to do to another store because I’ve been shop for weeks. I will definitely be back! Thanks Todd!!
Pretty Inthecity
Walked in on Labor Day around 11:30am to shop for furniture for my business and the place was pretty empty. I immediately noticed about 6 gentleman and two older woman all lunging on the sofa, and to my surprise not one of them bothered to greet me. I continued around the store, even passing a few of them in other parts of the store… and still, no greeting and no ask if I needed any assistance. After about 20 minutes goes by, I decided yo walk to the front (seems to be the huddle station) and ask if my usual team member Tony was still an employee there, I wasn’t surprised when they told me that he wasn’t, Tony was always on par with prompt service and attention to detail. Then I had to ask is there anyone available to help me, I’ve been here for a few minutes now” and everyone just looked lost and few others decided to get up and walk off. Eventually I was able to get some assistance from one of the ladies. After prancing around the store, I pretty much knew what I wanted and wanted to get info on delivery and was told that not all accessories can be delivered together. I had my eyes sat on three 7ft paintings and three floor 5ft accent poles.

I have. In general as long as the items are in new condition and you have the proper paperwork as well as in the returns timeline, there are no problems. You may have to pay for the pickup so be aware there could be issues like that. Call the store you purchased it from first to get the proper information and steps. That way you are assured you will meet their proper guidelines for the return.
