I made an online purchase on Dec 31st pickup date is today Jan 3rd I call Ikea only for them to inform me that my purchase has been cancelled??? Without cancellation email?? Telling me my pickup date was for the 2nd when my email clearly states it's today. Not to mention they say they have already started the refund process when that's not what I want I want what I purchased clearly a mistake on their behalf and now as the customer I have to pay again????
