I live in Charleston. If I'm in charlotte and the nightstands I want aren't available and aren't available for purchase online but are only in stock in Atlanta can I call the Atlanta store and pay over phone and have them shipped?

Yes you have to wait till it's in stock near you then order it.

No unfortunately. Ikea won't ship stock between stores or from storefront to you. They can arrange home delivery within a certain radius but I don't think to a different state. Your best bet is to wait until they come back into stock at your local Ikea.
