IF I place an order for delivery, is my item shipped from the nearest store? The store closest to me does not have the item I want. Do they locate it at another store and have it shipped from wherever available?

There is only one store reasonably close to me and my experience has been that when that store is out of the item, I am unable to get it shipped to me.
