Can you easily use a motorized wheelchair on the grounds? Are there trails for a motorized wheelchairs to smoothly go into the fair or is it a rocky space?

How does the pricing work. I have a three kids and two adults, and The Kids have always wanted to go there. Also is it one fee to get in, and is everything else a separate fee. Is there things for these age groups: 3yr old, 12yr old and a 14yr old.
