Advance. It is not large, it very near the convention center, and is attractively priced. It is, or was, a little shabby. Book early!

It really depends on the date and occupancy. For the best rates contact the hotel directly. We are a fairly large hotel with 97 rooms, but when we get closer to full occupancy we close all online rates so that's another good reason to contact us directly especially if we aren't showing anything available through third party sites.
