Does anyone ever pick up the phone there? Ive called them at all times during the day and Im on hold for over 15min and no one ever picks up. Ive tried different options, etc

All corporate does it. You can check the availability alone and that also for some items only

Best buy doesn't bring you to the store now when you call the number. It's all corporate.
