table in room was sticky no soap in bathroom. no ice machine. if there was one no one to ask. no one to check out with. continental breakfast was old and dry. no hand towels.

The lady behind the desk was nice but that is the only compliment I can give. It was so disgustingly dirty and shady, that we that we left our keys in our room 5 minutes after entering and hightailed it out of there. Didn't feel safe. The entire hallway reeked of pot smoke the minute we entered from parking lot. The bed was gross. Booked 2 beds and they gave us 1. Nail holes in the walls everywhere. Run down. Lamp shades dirty and stained. Hair all over the floor. Toilet did not flush. No trash can. Electrical wiring adhered to the inside of the walls. The linoleum in main hallway was missing in large patches. The oscillating fan attached to the hallway wall full of dirt and bugs. Windows did not lock, and we were on the 1st floor. The advertised pictures don't look anything like the actual rooms. Very deceiving because the front lobby looks very nice. This place should be condemned.

I booked 2 nights to get an idea of how a long term would be like while I wait for an apartment. I booked a Deluxe room with a double bed and sleep sofa. The room was described as having a 2 burner hot plate, fridge, microwave. I didn't get the hot plate but no big deal since I was only staying 2 nights. The room was clean and inviting. The bed was extremely comfortable. The property itself is clean, nicely lite and clean. My only complaint was that I was not provided with the Internet password! I will definitely move here in June while I wait on apartment lists! I'd definitely recommend this establishment for your stay in Martinsburg

I'm sorry to say to you guys but I got my deposit back a week after i left and i was there for 7 months,if you check out even 5min,late you will not get your deposit back. 11:00, is check out .APM is a very clean hotel and your not going to find many around Martinsburg that is and everything is brand new. And deposit take about 7days .
