How does this place make any money? Every time I have been here there are 5 employees behind the counter and you can't get help on the floor. You need to fire 3 of them... stick 1 guy on the register and 1 on the floor. Congrats, I just saved your company millions if you do this at every store.

Overall good! People are knowledgeable and helpful. Could use a bit more product knowledge when it comes to shipping contents on certain items. Also store not large enough to play Acoustic drum sets, heads up.

The staff is absolutely incredible. They are very friendly and knowledge. Brandon does an excellent job at keeping the essence of guitar center alive by connecting with artists that come here above and beyond in every aspect. Morty is fantastic and very helpful to resolve any issues if any at all and knowing his products. They along with the staff actually stream line the process of buying and learning at each and every encounter. I drive 2 hours just to come here. It’s actually worth it every time. Something’s, people and places are just worth the trip. This is that place. They are that crew. Thank you!
