Positive: The staff were very friendly. Negative: Shelf in room collapsed when I placed suitcase on it. TV service went out 3 times. No directions for pool. Pool not skimmed daily. People smoking in pool area. Someone spit a piece of strawberry on the water cooler in front of the elevator for 3 days.

I am writing this while I’m at the extended stay ) 9 April 2022 ). The best thing about this hotel is the front desk staff. We were helped by Frank and he was very courteous and knowledgeable of the area. - I admit I didn’t read any reviews on this location prior to staying here because I have never had a bad experience with extended stay of America. ***There is always a first right*** - If you don’t like the smell of cigarette smoke, find somewhere else to stay! The property is supposed to be smoke free but the stench of cigarettes was in both rooms I have occupied right now. I literally had to go out and buy products to make the rooms smell better so that we could make it through this weekend without all of our clothes smelling like we smoke cigarettes all day. - I’ll say this first, I am an animal lover especially dogs but the person two doors down from me had a dog that barked and barked and barked. - My last complaint is the smell of roach/ant spray in the hall ways.

The room had no comfortable seating. A desk chair and a small narrow chair. They advertised breakfast. It was muffins and coffee...The entrance was narrow, making it difficult to bring in luggage. The shower head was spraying water onto to the sink and toilet. I cannot believe I paid to stay there one night. I want a refund for that night stay.
