No pest control that works. Roaches are everywhere both inside and outside. Assume you will see at least one or two of them inside your room every week. (We just moved in and we keep our place clean always) We have been seeing them inside 3 nights in a row.We do provide Terminix pest control services, available for residents every Wednesday. Please refer to your Lease Agreement and monthly newsletters posted on our website. We encourage residents to sign up for preventative treatments a few times a year, especially in summer. And our front desk staff is available during office hours to take your request.

We had rented a three bedroom apartment here while attending school this past semester. The only reason I do not rate it 5 stars is we had a minor incident where the apartment above us had a water leak which caused us to go without a bathroom for a little over a week. Management was very professional on our exit inspection and very fair with the assessment. We will try and stay here again on the next semester. Nice and safe complex with a friendly staff.
