The only issue we had was the ants in our room. Any food whatsoever, quickly attracted ants. Even our pet's food was overrun with them and had to be thrown out. My wife had to get bug spray from the front desk. On the plus side tho, Arlisa was the front desk clerk when I arrived and her customer service was PHENOMENAL (and unmatched)! We're doing a military move and at the end of this 5 day, 40+ hr drive with children & pets ... I encountered her positive energy and it was a much needed. She was very accommodating and even put us somewhat away from others in the hotel since we have a noisy autistic teen.

It’s a shame. The facilities here are nice. It’s a well made and designed hotel. It’s fairly clean. Parking is pretty rough, but sometimes you can’t control that. However, on arrival, after 13hrs on road, we were charged an extra $25 mystery fee despite our booking being prepaid. Currently working on getting that refunded. Getting to the room, the deadbolt is incorrectly installed (catch plate is too high) so you can’t deadbolt the door. And the room has significant plumbing issues. Maintenance and customer service are the two primary functions in the hospitality industry, and both have some solid downfalls in this hotel. A disappointing experience for sure.

Check-in was a breeze. Allisa was extremely busy, but she remained professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. Our room 300 was meticulously clean, fresh, and welcoming. The hotel seems a bit off the beaten path, but very worth the extra turns. I'm a bit picky when it comes to hotels. I like fair, reasonable rates, good service and CLEAN. This hit all 3. AARP rate of $98. You will like it. A good choice! You won't be disappointed.

Right off Interstate 75 (Exit #269). Definitely the nicest La Quinta I have ever seen! Looks very new. Clean. Animal friendly. Only issue I had was, (which I had read in another review) was the room numbers are a bit out of order. Took a couple minutes to find the room, but once I got inside, it was very nice and clean! Decent amount of choices for breakfast. Beds were very comfortable! Beauty Rest mattresses. Very friendly staff. Lots of other hotels nearby and restaurants. Good location!
