This is by far the worst dunkin I have ever been to. The service was slow and the workers are rude. My drinks were wrong, my food was wrong, and everything else that was wrong went wrong. These workers are improperly trained and have no care for customers. If I could rate zero stars I would!😡

My girlfriend and I went to get breakfast this morning at this dunkin 03/22/22 @11:00am. When we ordered had to repeat multiple times and the women taking our order seemed more concerned with talking to her co-workers than taking our order. Once we managed to get our order in the women wearing a hijab couldn’t have cared less that we pulled up. To let us pay or get our order. If it wasn’t for the black man in the kitchen I am certain we would not have gotten our food at all. Didn’t receive straws with our drinks either.

Haven’t gone to Dunkin’ in a good while, and was very quick to remember why. My food was made incorrectly and look like it was dropped on the floor. They did not follow their menu on how they are suppose to make the item. If your out of American cheese tell the customers before you just go ahead and put cheddar cheese on my sandwich. That’s a liability and risk for this franchise. Per say someone that may be allergic and or sensitive to the differences in cheese due to them being made in two completely different methods.

I had pretty good experience here as I ordered my drink online and the process went pretty smoothly! The employee didn’t see the mobile order at first which wasn’t his fault at all since I made the order a few minutes before! The service …

$2 extra charge coffee with caramel and cream with whipped cream on top is my fave.😋
If all DDs do this then the simple answer is likely to do with profit margins. Whether it's widespread or just this location, simply request that they put in half of the ice that they normally do (or your desired amount of ice). My family lives in the UK. Because they don't use anywhere near as much ice as Americans, when visiting, they just request a small amount of ice. On the few occasions that they forget to ask, servers & counter personnel have always changed out the drink without any problem and without any attitude. I also have a couple of frugal friends who, at fast-food places, will ask for a drink without any ice plus a cup of ice on the side in order to get 2-3 times the normal amount--sometimes they want me to split the cost and the drink between us since they have 2 cups. No. While also insisting that we order diet cola which I don't drink. Double No. Thank goodness these aren't my only friends. Haha
