No qualms with the store itself and I normally don't complain about retail employees because I am one so I get it BUT... The cashier had just checked someone out and immediately picked up her phone as I walked up and put my items down. She finished her text first and then scanned my item, but left her phone with the screen on where she could see the response. When I went to get my money she picked up her phone again. Really... When she asked if I wanted a bag she was already looking at her phone and itching to pick it up. When I said no she went right back to texting. Smh. She wasn't wearing a name tag so I don't know her name.

The receiving attendant was rude. I tried to help him by unloading my car, since he was working by himself and had a lot of vehicles dropping off items. He responded by telling me to put everything back into my vehicle. When I refused, he stopped unloading another vehicle and argued with me. I guess “No good deed goes unpunished.”.

Cashier rang up a toddlers hardback book as an adult paperback and claimed to not know the difference. I was then directed to the manager if I wanted the receipt adjusted but I was told I’d have to wait in line all over again (the manager had 8+ customers in her line and we’d already waited in a similar length and it had taken 20+ minutes) We opted to leave mainly because getting my $1 back wasn’t going to delete the absolute nightmare of the attitude we got from the staff there. Basically watch out for what they ring up your non barcoded items as or be ready to spend the afternoon waiting to get the receipt adjusted.
