The chiropractors are attentive to my needs and I have been feeling so much better in the last few weeks. My neck pain and leg aches have tremendously decreased. The front desk receptionists can be more friendly and welcoming.

I’ve had great experiences with the chiropractors at The Joint Chiropractic. They are fast and to the point but also very thorough. Many recommend stretches and exercises, and take the time to provide education.

Sarah and Chelsea took weeks to get back to me and preferred to talk by text rather than on the phone, which is so unprofessional. (Chelsea was nice on the phone though.) I love leaving good reviews and going out of my way to compliment associates to managers, but I have to warn ya, don't get involved with this location if you have the basic expectation level of good communication from managers. I was at the Marietta location when I was told I couldn't be seen bc payment didn't go through, but yet had already used 2 visits and was only given a courtesy call my the Chastain location saying essentially to make sure I use all my visits since I hadn't been. I ended up being charged for something I wouldn't have if they had responded in time and yet was falsely told the balance had been cleared. You'll get the run around here. Not worth it. Not to mention, at another location that's not run by the Chastain owner/managers, the chiropractor kept hooking up with the wellness coordinator in the bathroom and at the front desk and made things so awkward for me. I told their management about it but they didn't care because the chiropractor is the cash cow and that's all they care about. 💯% do not recommend The Joint, which chiropractors refer to as the McDonald's of the chiropractic world.

I've had EXCELLENT care at The Joint. I have loved my membership and enjoy the different approaches that each chiropractor has to offer. The practice on Chastain Road has helped tremendously with neck, back and an added bonus, I barely have the knee issue I've been battling for years. My doctor kept giving me knee injections which lasted about three weeks at a copay of $70.00 a visit. The Joint identified a problem with my gait (walking) caused by my left hip. When the hip is out of alignment, I begin walking differently and my right knee hurts. It's been a pleasure to be nearly pain free for weeks at a time. You should do this for yourself, for your health. You won't regret it.

You will not automatically receive the same chiropractor for each of your adjustments. We make our doctor schedules available so that if you find a doctor you prefer, you can stop by when they are at The Joint for an adjustment.
Yes, our chiropractors can adjust children of all ages, including infants and toddlers. We have discounted pricing on plans for those under 18.
Our clinic is an open adjustment room, so we do not have private rooms for our chiropractic adjustments. Further privacy in order to discuss issues of a medical nature will always be accomodated. You will remain fully clothed for the duration of your adjustment, so we recommend wearing comfortable clothes.
At The Joint Chiropractic, we aim to get you efficiently adjusted and back to your busy day. As a returning patient, your chiropractic adjustment will last approximately 5-10 minutes.
New patient experiences at The Joint Chiropractic should last approximately 20-30 minutes. This includes completing initial paperwork, a consultation, exam, and adjustment.
The Joint can provide chiropractic adjustments for our pregnant patients. One of the most important times for a woman to receive chiropractic care is during her pregnancy.
The Joint specializes in routine chiropractic adjustments, and therefore we do not offer massage therapy. Our chiropractors can provide manual adjustments to help you with your current condition.
We make it easy to receive chiropractic adjustments on your terms. We offer a wide range of care options including a walk-in price, flexible packages, and a discounted Wellness Plan. You do not have to sign a contract in order to drop by The Joint Chiropractic and receive care.

We do not accept insurance. We are dedicated to making chiropractic adjustments accessible to everyone, and therefore we keep our prices lower than most co pays, eliminating the need to accept insurance.
Yes!. All of our chiropractic clinics are open on Saturday, and some are open on Sunday as well. The Joint Chiropractic is also open in the evening, so you can stop by after work when most clinics are closed for an adjustment.
No! We are a walk-in chiropractic clinic, so you can drop by for an adjustment when it is most convenient for you. However, we recommend giving us a call before your first visit to learn the best time to come as a new patient. Some locations do not accept new patients within the hour before closing, and some offer the option of appointments for new patients if you would like.
