Positive: All the staff was so friendly and helpful. The room, the inside of hotel, the outside of hotel, and even around the pool was very clean and neat. I couldn't have asked for anything more. Reasonable priced. Negative: The only thing I would have changed, is if the lighting would have been brighter in our room. That's just my preference, and by no means is it a knock on our room, our stay, or the staff.

This place was filthy. But let me start with the good before I tell you about the bad. The good: Pretty wood staircase in the lobby. The bed seemed new and was comfy. Strong toilet. Nice shower water pressure. Good location near lots of places to eat and shop. The bad: BUT, as I mentioned beforehand, the room was filthy. The TV in the bedroom wouldn't work and had a sticky viscose liquid near the base. The top of the headboard had a extra THICK layer of dust. (Like months worth.) The walls had random splatterings all over the place. (Some I cleaned, but some I couldn't bare to mess with.) The carpet was dirty. There was a black sticky spot on the bedside table. The tray in the microwave had a lot old ramen and dried fluid spillage that was never cleaned stuck to it. The bathroom had moldy toilet paper roll, a filthy mirror frame, and all sorts of random little debris on the ground. The TV stand had an old unused cigar and lots of loose tobacco from what I can only assume was marijuana use. The thermostat was malfunctioning; so it either ran non stop or had to be turned off. There was toothpaste (?) smeared on the front of the sofa bed/couch. This place needs a wholeeee lot of cleaning. I can not recommend it. If for some reason you must stay here, please do not attempt it without an entire tub of disinfectanting wipes. Oh I would also keep your shoes on.

Our front desk assistant was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortably appointed. We sincerely enjoyed our stay. The breakfast bar gets 3 stars because the coffee was very weak and the hot side of the bar (eggs, potatoes & sausage) was warmed up frozen with no flavor.

Well… at arrival we where unable to check in due to a Priceline error so we sat in the lobby for roughly 2 hours. During that time we witnessed a guest come down with a cup with a bedbug in it and demand a refund. Once we finally got our room keys We were informed there was no elevator, so I had the pleasure of carrying All of our luggage up 2 flights of stairs. Arrive in a room to find a filthy shower and a fake eyelash strip on the floor on our floor and would appear to be eyelash glue I’m assuming on our bed. Besides that was great, won’t be coming back.
