Worst ever. Drive through a bottle neck. Decided to go inside, instead. Even worse. Will never, ever patronize this Dunkin donuts again !!!! Couldn't tell the difference between a jelly and Boston cream donut !!!! Really 🤬

Stopped in for 8 little burritos to go in a large coffee and two small blueberry teas. They was very rude, and she was talking to the woman in the back saying I didn’t make this order it’s not my fault. She rudely told us next time we order that big of an order that we need to come inside. Sorry no sign and not coming inside for the order when the lobby is packed. Once the food was ready and we waited she pretty much just throw the food through the window. This store has to be the rudest place if ever stopped at. So after a couple times of thinking a person might just be having a bad day and brushing it off, Not this time I’m going elsewhere and just want to let the public aware of how it is and if you still go good luck. I hope Krispy Kreme‘s moves in somewhere close and put them out of business.

Most of the time, they’re “actually out” (their words) of any kind of cold coffee you can order. When they do have what you order, your order isn’t correct. Combine that with long waits a lot of the time, some kids with bad attitudes, and you have a terrible customer experience. They need to bring Paul back here, there wasn’t ever an issue when he was the manager at this store.

I’m only giving a 3 star because I truly like a lot of the people there. I go in everyday and get the same thing either a large ice caramel latte or a ice caramel macchiato. However I ordered large caramel ice latte today 02/05/2022, and they gave me a cold brew Charlie with cold foam. When the usual people aren’t there my coffee is never consistent. I’m not one to complain but I know the difference between the taste of a latte and cold brew. Consistency people!!!
