This location is a good place to be, I went in there mad , very angry about my daughter's phone, the insurance company and Apple care gave us the run around and the guys in this store did there very best to help. There wasn't really much they could do because of policy and financial problems on our part but they listened and seem to care about our situation. Thank you guys
