Two employees were rude and one lectured me about his opinion regarding the use of the slide release on a SW shield. I am 37 years old and felt like I was in the principles office or being lectured by a control crazed cop. Prices are on the high side. Another employee who was focused on a laptop on the display case 3 feet from the display case I was clearly interested in never looked up from the laptop. I lingered at the case expecting customer service. Eventually I walked to the other side of the store and a different employee interrupted his lunch and asked if I needed assistance. Why did the employee at laptop not say or do anything with a customer 3 feet away. DON'T spend a cent with this company.

These guys (and gal) are over the top helpful! I took my 13-year-old son there for his first time shooting and they were super kind and had great advice for him. He wants to go back as soon as possible!!!!

Had an issue. The owner gave me a call and he worked to resolve it. Very respectable man, I see he takes pride in his work and cares for his customers which I greatly respect. My rifle looks great and even though I was frustrated at first they were very understanding and in the end we all got the outcome we hoped for. Looking forward to work with this gentleman and his business in the future. I will be recommending this place to all of my other firearm enthusiasts.

So I needed a custom Scope mount put on my K98 Mauser. It required to drill 4 custom holes into the receiver. Gun Shops around the area said it would cost around $200.00 and take about 2-3 months. Just for a scope mount. I heard from a friend that the Bullet Hole was a great store and they have a gun smith there. So I took my rifle in and asked for their opinion. Hands down the best service I have ever gotten from a gun shop. I spoke to a guy there and he told me the custom job could be done. They showed the gunsmith and he told me it would take about 1-2 weeks. And it only costed me $60.00. The Gunsmith works fast and did the best job I have seen. I honestly was not expecting it to be perfect but it was. I inspected it there and at home many times but it was a perfect job. The holes perfectly drilled, scope level just right, Bore sighted, and no scratches or marks. If you need any work done to a Firearm I 100% recommend The Bullet Hole, great service, and great quality. If I have any more Firearms that need work done, I will be going to The Bullet Hole! Hope my review helps anyone interested!

If accompanied by an adult member, as long as the youth can reach over the shooting counter, they may participate with direct adult supervision. (counter is about 40" high)

Dont know, but miss going there
Yes, it's on consignment. Which means you get your money when they sell it for you. You agree to terms of price when they take possession. Item must be in good legal standing. Depending on firearm turnaround could be that day or over a month. The sales associate might be able to advise you on that. They would be more likely to buy your weapon in the winter when sales are higher. (I work in a gun shop)
Yes, you can shoot 22 LR pistol or rifle at the range.
Not at this time - they are still working on adding a rifle range. Unsure when it will finish. It's also a 25 yard range, so it's not ideal for sighting in rifles.
Yes, you can bring them here. Look forward to seeing you soon.
If I remember correctly it's $25 or $35 annually for membership and they do host some local instructors for basic firearms training.
How much are they?

The state of Kansas doesn't require you to have a license to own a gun that's purchased by a legal gun dealer .
I believe you can shoot shot here. They are reinforcing their range to allow more powerful weapons besides just handguns and small caliber rifles.
Yes, they do. They're expanding their in-house gunsmithing and they probably already have all the tools needed to do so.
I believe you have to be 18 to shoot here, but I would suggest calling them directly.

Yes, shotguns are fine. You may shoot birdshot, buckshot, and slugs.
I do not own a high point but I know they sell them there. They claim it's because it has a lifetime warranty.
No
Cheapest basic Targets in town. They have one called the flip-flop, which is actually two Targets for a quarter.
They are currently working on reinforcing the range to allow rifles. Check in with them sometime and see if they're finished.
You'll need to call them. The carry a wide variety of ammo amd reloading components. But its best to call ahead if there's a specific loading you're after.
10am-9pm. No membership required. $17 flat fee for non-members, $11 for members. Membership is $25 per year.
They don't really have a gunsmith, but can help with basic stuff like scope mounting. I am sure that even better than lubing your gun for you, they will sell you some good oil and walk you though it if you ask nicely so you can do it yourself from then on if you want to.
