I would highly recommend using Neal Harris. My air conditioner broke and I had a technician out within 2 hours. Every person associated with my air/ furnace install was friendly and helpful. They worked with me getting me the best price. I had air the next day after deciding to replace the air conditioner and the day after that when I replaced my furnace. Neal Harris has been very helpful to us over the last year or so. They installed our new AC/heating system a few weeks ago and it hardly makes a sound. Their rep patiently walked us through the phone app that helps regulate temperature so that we knew how to use it. Neal Harris also really helped us when it came to selecting a unit to replace our aging system. They were willing to take care of the customer when our initial selection was out of stock.

I was aware that Neil Harris also has plumbers on staff. So I also requested one to do a service call. Wesley Wilson came to check why my kitchen faucet would not pour hot water. Long story short, the line from the under-sink cutoff for hot water to the spigot. Unfortunately i have a one hole spigot. I plan to request Wesley to come again when I have acquired a replacement. He was wonderfully articulate, and I could easily understand what was needed to be done. I also had him check the water heater. I was unsure when it needed replacing. I'm glad I did. It is 16 years old, and I was happy to discover Neil Harris Service Experts can handle it for me. I have found financing for the water heater, and I will be calling for Wesley to install it as well. I am delighted with the service I get from Neil Harris Service Experts.

You probably wouldn't get a brand-new car and assume to never have to inflate the tires, change the oil and examine any atypical noises. Your home comfort system is similar to your car’s engine; it’s a mechanical device with a motor, electrical components... and even fuel. So it is essential to have routine maintenance of your home comfort system by a qualified technician. If not maintained properly and routinely, even the best heating and air conditioning equipment could experience complications and become less 'fuel' efficient over time.
