Only 1 star because the caisher Amy was just rude to my husband 😒 love the clothes but ugly people ruin that. So Thank you Amy at Taylor location in Southland Mall for making it terrible for us. I don't understand why people like you wanna work in retail. You ruin it for us shoppers.

Only Torrid near where I live which is about 25 minutes away from the store. Came here two days in a row after 11am, the time they say they open online and the store it pitch black with nobody in it. A waste of my time.

When you want to leave empty-handed and feeling distraught because you believe you've been racially profiled well this is the location for you'll much prefer the Westland location where people are kind and have common sense

Literally not open…. I drove 30 minutes out my way to a store that’s not open.
