all the trash cans are always packed and the homeless people go in and when they come they go into peoples cars today they went into my car and stole money and other things also the window don’t close right they have no security at all I’d like to get locks on the window as soon as possible and have more security near the area to be more active.

I have been living here since 9 years..never had any issues with old management .with new management, when I make a request to fix something in my units, now they usually take 3 to 4 weeks ,also its not clean and quiet any more..now only thing they care about now, just keep increasing rent...

Live here currently. Had no issues until now. Had a package delivered over the weekend. Says it was delivered to the front desk. Went to get said package from front desk and it was not there. The girl in there asked if I had a roommate and I said yes. But he's been at work since 6 am, so I know he didn't grab it. So that means they gave my package to someone else and I'm out of my money. I even have the little parcel paper saying it was delivered there from my mailbox. They need to start checking people's IDs for package delivery.
