Bob Hamilton's installing technicians did a great job. The technicians that installed our A/C and furance are Steve and Tyler. Both are very knowledgeable, polite, and professional. They explained the installation process and made sure to protect my carpet with floor coverings and shoe coverings. They entered my home wearing mask, shoe coverings and professional uniforms. Both were very respectful and nice. Thanks Steve and Tyler for all your hard work. Thank you Bob Hamilton for sending them to complete our installations. Also, I have to mention Monica from sales. She worked with us on pricing and made sure our installation was done the next day. I can tell she's a genuine person. We had been without A/C a few days. She made sure we had a operating A/C unit by the next evening. People if you need installation or repairs done, you better call Bob. They have people available 24 hours a day. Thanks again everyone!

Austin Robinson was professional, friendly, compassionate of our situation, extremely helpful and informative. He went above and beyond in helping my wife and I including offering a possible financing option. Austin was not pushy and knew what we needed in our furnace and new a/c system. Bob Hamilton and its customers are blessed to have Austin. Your caring and empathy made us feel heard and comfortable that we were dealing with a true professional instead of a nightmare contractor. Horrible company. Had sewer lines replaced. They dented my siding. Broke a fence, broke a gate, and did not come back to grade after the dirt settled. They also cut two trees down but left the stumps and did not tell me. They could have easily pulled them up with the equipment they had. They dug the sewer up and then told me they could not locate the drain so they filled it back in. Then sent another crew out to dig it up all over again. I talked to them but they had the money so they ignored me. Do not use them!!!

Normally, I'm pleased with the service that I receive from Bob Hamilton, but today was a huge exception. I scheduled to have someone come check on our new air conditioning unit which we just had installed in this February. I had an appointment set for today, April 25, 2022. I called to verify that I was at home, and ready to receive a technician. I received a call at 12:44 PM (according to my voicemail) stating that I needed to call so they could send the tech. I called back at 12:49 and was told that the tech had been sent to another job because I "took too long" to call back, and I'd have to reschedule for another day because they were completely booked! REALLY!!! This is truly horrible service! We've been service partners for years, we've had a new furnace, heater, and AC installed over the last 5 years. I think we deserve better than this! I readjusted my schedule so that I'd be able to have the unit serviced today, and then I'm told that it won't happen because I returned the call 5 minutes too late. I'm floored! **************** This is an update to the review I posted two weeks ago. I called Bob Hamilton again today to schedule service to my AC. Once again, I had my appointment rescheduled. I expressed my frustration about being rescheduled yet again to Annie, the rep who was helping me. She was very kind and contacted Heather, a Bob Hamilton manager, to try to escalate the issue. Heather contacted me about 5 minutes later and advised that I should not have been rescheduled a second time. She immediately contacted Dispatch directly, and within 15 minutes Josh, a Bob Hamilton repairman, was at my door. He quickly diagnosed the problem (an issue with the wiring in the thermostat) and resolved the problem. What a relief! An 81 degree house on a 94 degree day, is no joke! Major kudos to Annie and Josh for their help! Heather was a rock star for us! God bless all of you for your help.

The plumber I had was Jewel. He was awesome! I just bought a HUD home and he let me know up front the charges. I could only afford a portion of the repairs. The pipes in the kitchen burst and I had him come out again to correct the other issues. This company is reliable and trustworthy.
It has been a while for me, and it depends on the water heater you pick out; but you can figure about $1000 for labor. Probably $1500. BTW, they will be in and out in two hours or less if it is a straight forward install.
