The hours listed for this business said it was open until 6 pm. I arrived at 3:10 pm and there was a paper sign on the door that said closing was 3:00 pm. I drove 30 minutes to the facility and 30 minutes back only to need to return again . Since this was a pre employment drug screen that needed to be completed within 48 hours it had the potential to be detrimental to my employment opportunity .

Was in and out with results in 15 minutes. So great. The kid working there was very nice as well. Will definitely return if I ever need a rapid test/result again.

Don't get your covid testing done here. They did a rapid test and a blood test. They barely wiped inside my nose and didn't even get a drop of blood from my finger. Both tests came back negative. Right after I went down the street to the CVS and had a Rapid, Antigen and PCR test done and all of them came back positive.

I don't make it a practice to write bad reviews, in fact this is a first, but I want to spare others from going down this path. Do not go to this testing site for PCR testing. Still waiting on the results from testing performed on 4/27/22, for an out of country visitor. The site still says the results are completed, but then gives you an error message. Why would a reputable testing site even offer a service when they know they are having problems getting the results?! Our visitor missed his flight and had to pay $250 at the airport for testing, not to mention change fees. The supervisor didn't even have the decency to return my phone call when I called to ask for our money back for a service we still haven't received. This isn't right.

I was never given a specimen number and I cannot get ahold of anybody through email, phone, or otherwise. So frustrating.
Jen, We can assure you that we are a legitimate testing site. We are a small business helping to offer more COVID-19 testing to Utahns who needs to or would like to be tested for any reason. We have made several adjustments to our lab capacities and procedures to ensure that the lengthy turnaround times that we experienced leading up to Thanksgiving will not occur going forward. Our turnaround as of yesterday is 48 hours.
All test results come back any time between 24-72 hours. Any delay is due to delivery complications.
Julie, I am happy to hear you finally received your results. How did you receive them? We are still waiting for ours.
My son and I are sick and was tested Monday! We were exposed to my wife that was tested positive from the VA. We are highly exposed because she is a healthcare provider. We did not receive a sample number to check for our results! I am very frustrated! The voicemail on your phone is full and I cannot reach anyone! I contacted public health and told them my experience with this testing site which they are concerned. Please open up your phone lines so you can be reached!
Wife and child were tested a week ago Thursday. Still no results and they were never sent any emails or texts about the delays. I tested for Antibody the next day on Friday. No results yet on that either.
I got tested then and have not received any contact at all.
