Thacker, we generally suggest waiting 30 minutes after eating or drinking anything besides water before getting your saliva test.
They require you to fill out a disqualifying questionnaire and online check-in before you can be tested. Suggest you complete it prior to going there.
They didn't ask or mention anything when I went so I don't think so 🤷♀️
