This place doesnt deserve a rating! Trash! The owner owes a refund for time that was not spent in the hotel but paid in advance and refuses to refund. They wrongfully executed a welfare check on an individual staying there and someone stole cash from the deceased pockets! Dont trust this hotel! Plus its dirty & grimy! I'm entitled to my own opinion under my right of freedom of speech! It needs to be shut down! The owner is money hungry and not trustworthy! The rooms are not clean and the hallways are filth! Even the State Police next door want the place shut down. Not to mention there are bums hanging all around the hotel!

Been here for a few months now, and have no problem with anything. Great place, clean and bug free.. Managers are good people. Rooms are affordable and pet friendly also.

I stayed at the super 8 in Martinsburg over Christmas to visit my son. I traveled with my 2 young grandchildren, and when I arrived late that night the kind man told me I was supposed to be on floor 2 but he said he was moving me to the main level to make it easier for me and the kids. Although it's not something I would've asked for it WAS greatly appreciated and very helpful. The people were so polite and the room was clean. When I travel to visit my son again in the Spring I will again be staying at this hotel. Thank you to the wonderful staff!!!

Nice clean rooms could have had enough toiletry for 2 instead of 1 beds were comfortable and didn't have any outside traffic noise nice workers all in all a nice place their TV was somewhat hard to figure out for us older folks who are somewhat not tech savvy but a call to the desk for some insight and we were watching and relaxing after a long and tiring day 😀
