Spring is better though, anytime is a good time to walk the trails up there. The falls are a bit weak this time of year....but the leaf colors are awesome!
Dress warm it will be fine.
Always a Good time to go to the buttermilk falls you have to consider the whether an the time because it get dark very quickly, and the route can get very bad after rain!
