why would you get arrested this is not true at all families and kids swim all the time at the top of the waterfall and on deleware water gap website it sais swimming is allowed in bodies of water besides van campens glen. even if you do get problems about it stand up for your rights take it to court and use the joury to your advantage i doubt that the jury would vote you guilty in this country we have a right to fair trials and to be punished we have to be convicted of a crime is it really a crime to enjoy water ask yourself that question and theres your answer america dumps pounds of filthy chemicals sewage and coal ash into our water ways and your gunna give me a hard time about swimming absolutly not

Nope. Signs say it's prohibited.

There's no real place to swim but you can stand and let the waterfall come down on you.

Michael Fedorko | Nov 16, 2018

Absolutely not, the National Park Rangers will charged you and arrest you if you are caught swimming there and they patrol it regularly.

Ryan Smith | Nov 16, 2018

No one is there to yell at you but I recommend swimming at the bottom rather than at the top for safety reasons. The water is very shallow though

Peter Strauss | Nov 16, 2018

I wouldn't go swimming in those falls. Certainly not a bright idea

Ahmed No | Nov 16, 2018

It's not that deep for swimming anyway. It's just shallow enough to count the rocks laying on the bottom. Maybe it's better up the hiking trail but not sure if then will swimming be allowed.
