No. The website says no boats or watercraft are allowed on the ponds and I don't recall the streams being anywhere near big enough to canoe on them.
I don't believe so...
When i went hiking there wasn't anywhere that could accommodate such. And if you wanted to Canoe Elk Falls Pond you'd have to haul it yourself about 3 miles. Hth,
No, there arent any good entrances for that anyway.
No boats. (I will defer to Ben Schumacher as the exacts) Also, there is really only the two Davis ponds and the pond by the final cabin, before the waterfall, not really the place to bring and enjoy a boat...
No and you wouldn't want to all the little Lakes are like ponds over there I can almost cast to the other side of each pond, so about wouldn't even be worth it you can cast where you need to go
As stated, there is no authorized boating at Staunton. The best case scenario would have involved portaging your canoe 2/3 of a mile to one of the 1.5 acre Davis Ponds. As amazing a park as Staunton is, and considering the great variety of recreational opportunities that exist, it is not the place to go boating! :)
No, the pond has sign indicating no water craft
Not really a water park. Pond is too far a hike to get canoe to.
No, it's just hiking, biking not sure but might be rock climbing.
