I want to get my driving license transfer from ohio to viriginia, and trasnfer my vehicle title to VA. Can i walk to DMV to get this done ?what all documents do i need to carry for this.

First you must set an appointment online. There are no walk-ins. Go to the website and it lists the documents you need. I would also consider just getting a REAL ID/driver's license, since there is a federal mandate requiring that by Oct 2021 that all VA issued IDs, driver's licenses must be REAL verified.
