i have passed my computer knowledge test on Jan-09-2020 at fairoiks mall. they said you can go any of you nearest DMV for road test early in the morning without appointment. can i come early morning without appointment?

You can try, but road tests are typically only by appointment. If you have all day to wait, you can tell them that you will wait and if they have a cancellation they will fit you in.

Yes - I had to wait for a while but did get my road test.
