I highly recommend this place for their knowledge and excellent customer service, especially Chris Sternberger, sales and design consultant. We realized a glitch in the design of our shed at the time it was delivered last November and Chris ensured an immediate and correct remedy for it. Today, six months later, I lost a key to the shed and Chris responded within the hour of my call with a replacement. Amazing and greatly appreciated!

I adore my shed! Thank you to Jeff Waldrop for helping me through the process. It was easy, quick, and the shed looks so nice in my yard!

Tuffshed had provided us with an error blueprint to pour our slab and then blamed us for their mistake. After months of trying to get the problem fixed so that it's compatible with the city code, they decided to not communicate with us at all, their reason was that they had nothing to update with us and decided to cut off all communication but all we asked for at the time was what is the status on the city permit. So we gave up but 6 months later they called us to proceed with the building and because we already spent too much on the permit and slab we had to follow along. After the building is finished, 20 percent of their nails do not connect joints that support being connected. The wood on the beam cracked in half. Support wood was cut short. The garage door does not level. Not worth the hassle, please avoid this company at all costs.

We started this project in April 2020, after multiple times of going back and forth with the company and their engineering department. They finally came out with our walls to begin building around December 15. Shortly after they got started, one of the guys said the walls had wet paint, so they would need to take them back to dry over night. They came back to finish our building. The main gentleman that we talked to, Terry, sent my husband an email asking for the balance of our bill. My husband said, it hasn’t been inspected yet. Which they didn’t pass their own company inspection. When they came out to correct the problem, (which was the distance between the nails on the outside), so as the pictures show, they just slammed holes in, splintering the wood. Then their men didn’t install the skylights correctly, so we asked for them to return and correct the problem. My husband even sent them a YouTube video that, their specific company used to show how they do a proper installation, so they came out to correct it, so our skylights wouldn’t leak. All the way through, we felt there was very little professionalism and definitely bad communication. Finally after it passed their inspection, we hired a licensed contractor to finish the inside., Joe did an incredible job! Our contractor had to take a lot of the beams down so we could see through our skylights. Tuff Shed wasted so much time & money with our project, it was ridiculous! Their communication was horrible! I’m only sharing a portion of what kind of service they gave us. In my opinion, I WOULD NEVER HIRE THIS COMPANY! Again my husband & I, it’s our opinion.

Yes, that's where they delivered ours.
You would have to call and ask they do a lot of custom work I don't see why not
To the best of my knowledge as long as it's under 200 square foot, you should be good.
Yes we do.
Yes, price includes install of the shed,, but not finished floors. That is, not your choice of floor coverings--just the bare floor is installed as part of the build.
Probably 200sq ft but it would be wise to check your city ordinance
Because it is 200sqft you do not need a permit in most county's.
Not just neighborhood but local jurisdictions have zoning codes. Most do not allow in front yard or side yard if facing street.
