These people are not interested in helping the public.. I will to them with a real, serious complaint and they lied to me and did not follow through or keep their word.. so I went to Homeland Security with my issue and they appear to be addressing the issue like true professionals. I think that the FBI is a has-been organization and I will be going to the president with my complaint... I strongly recommend that you always make your problems known to Homeland Security.
