So mother was a patient at the Tigard office and twice we waited for a hour in the lobby and then another hour in the exam room before we even seen the doctor and the 1st I waited in the lobby, at 5pm people were leaving and I had to ask where's my mother? We switched to Rose Quarter and it's better as far as appointments go, but the rest is pretty much the same. Inter-Communication in medicine is atrocious !

I wanted to take the time to write this after my INCREDIBLE experience with Dr. Segal at Compass. He is the first physician in a long time that actually took an interest in getting to the root of my clotting issues. I still remember my new patient appointment with him, he walked into the exam room with 2 pages of handwritten notes that were from my medical file. We went over them line by line. By the end of that visit, I had spent an hour and a half with Dr. Segal and I knew I had found the doctor for me. From the second I walked in the door at Compass, everyone has been so friendly. I am so happy I found Dr. Segal!
