I made an appointment online. The wait was not too long. I had a lot of blood drawn and I passed out. The staff were kind and caring and took good care of me. My only complaint is that there is absolutely no parking.

Customer service is bad on purpose here. It's like watching a performance of a someone pretending to be loud on the phone talking to her friends non-stop and very loud. She really tries hard for everyone to hear her talk on the phone. It's on the 2nd floor. No stairs, have to take a very slow elevator. Overcrowded. Wait times are long, regardless of appointments. Blood draw was for a wrong order. Doctors got wrong bloodwork Typical famous LabCorp 3rd world service becoming a norm.

Place looks old , outdated, not an inviting place. Looks like a clinic you'd find in Cuba. Electronic check in didn't work. Building directory didn't have the name. Took me 10 minutes to find suite. Parking SUCKS!. Next time, I'll go to concentra
