Could be such a wonderful place to live but management doesn't give one care to the properties needed updates or repairs. Ceilings falling in, people living days with no bathtub, maintenance men fired for trying to stand up for the residents. And the one lady behind it all is allowed to keep her job

That place is a complete dive like it ALWAYS has been, I'd rather be homeless!!! Manager and maintenance are all crack heads and don't know how to do their job, PERIOD!!!!!

Wow, didn't realize this place was still here. My family and I lived there back in the day when I was just a little girl and it was called Echo Park Apartments. Been looking for a new place to call home I might have to come fill out an application.

Yes they allow small pets
Go into the Hidden Bluffs Apartment listing on like "rent.com" and email them that you are interested. They will send you an email back, and you can set up a visitation. Once that is done, talk to the lady in the office (shes very nice) and see about holding an apartment till April for ya.
Changing management company soon. Its probably safe to assume that prices will change here as the new owners make changes.
