the call center representative knows what she's doing; apparently there's different call logs for different staff; leasing agent agreed to meet me after hours at 5 to accommodate a tour which she never arrived for; why verbally confirm our appointments to eventually not arrive for it; staff might return website emails, staff sometimes return telephone calls; the rare times I got through with the telephone calls the different representatives actually answered my questions; I don't know how the previous applicants became residents; I don't know what the actual building units look like other than virtual tours; I continue contacting them; I applied without a tour; leasing agent agreed to meet me again after hours at 5p for a tour which was which is different than virtual tour; she's very good at her job; I got more of my questions; additional additional paperwork is necessary after the website application; I know know how applicants become residents

These apartments are grade A GARBAGE!!! Save your money and find a different place to live. They’re highly overpriced and not worth a single penny they charge. They’re cheaply kept up so things are ALWAYS breaking down. Management is never in the office to get a hold of when there is a problem, but when rent is due on the 1st they magically pop up and will harass you with eviction notices if it isn’t paid on time. Smh this place is terrible STAY AWAY!!!
