Nice setting beautiful woods surrounding the apartments. Inside of apartments are nice. The water pressure is a joke in the shower. It's up and down on pressure. Takes about literally 10 minutes for the faucet in the bathroom to put out hot water. Watch out for the towing company that comes at 3am. If you parking pass isn't plastered on your windshield or hanging from your mirror they will tow your car. And charge you 240$ to get it out. They will also tow your guests vehicles if not in visitor parking. Oh and parking there is a joke. Some how everyone has 4 vehicles it seems. But overall not to bad of a place to live

Black mold, have to clean your carpets and cabinets before you can move in even though they tell you they clean it for you. Ask other tenants before you look to move in

i've lived here a couple months now and have no issues whatsoever. the management here was super easy to work with when i got my cat, so i didnt have to stress about that at all when it came to pet rent/deposit. the building im in has no smokers which is a huge plus. the only downside i would say is security, my roommate got his car stolen regardless of being the deepest in the apartment complex, you would assume that seeing as there is one entrance and one exit, there would be cameras installed. but other than this, the place is perfect.

Hires towing company to take people's cars for parking "improperly" but doesn't post signage or mark parking spots. It's literally extortion and theft. Will be filing a lawsuit
