It took over a month and 4 calls to get an apt. to fix pool pump, and then I was charged $450 over the estimate without being informed I was being charged additional charges. After sending payment for the $1,136.59 bill, I received a new bill for $.02!!! Customer service rep was very polite, but I feel gouged financially, and the $.02 bill was over the top in pettiness!

They are very helpful. I asked about using a heat pump for our swimming pool in Vallejo, CA. They informed me it won't be very affective plus you're need a dedicated electrical hookup, too! I have them available for our future resurfacing the pool, new salt water filtration pump system and solar panel heating system. It's worth calling them to help you, too!
