If we are thinking of the same thing, unfortunately no. The midsole is usually an integral part between the outsole and the insole. Most sneakers aren't designed and manufactured to have this done. Sorry.
We have done this several times before. Whether we would recommend it would depend on the type of material the uppers are made of, color, etc. As long as we can match the look, it should be ok.
We stock the Spenco flat comfort insole and the Cross Trainer. All others can be special ordered.

Most shoes and boots can be stretched some. How much depends on the materials used. Some materials stretch a lot more than others. So when asked if shoe or boot will stretch "enough", the only honest answer we can give is "maybe".

If it is authentic, Louis Vuitton will do the repairs at their facility. Call them. Can't hurt. Kings is an excellent repair shop. Quality craftsmanship. Good price and really great customer service.
