Slow slow slow. It took us almost 30 minutes to get 2 burgers and fries and we were the only other customers there. The 6 oz patty wasn't fresh meat. We could smell it. The employees seemed disaffected. Probably won't return Dave's Big Burgers is right up the street.

Best local burgers. Super good food, if your order on door dash I highly recommend calling the restaurant to leave a tip on a side of fries to support local small business. If you can afford the door dash upcharge you can afford to support a local business and make someone's day, especially on food this good.

Undeniably a damn good burger. The meat was perfectly cooked. The serving size was ample, with good quality ingredients. Plenty of options to keep the burger interesting. Hands down beats any chain restaurant burger options.

This was my first time here!! My burger was fresh and we'll done. I liked how you could dress up your own burgers with toppings. Not too much of a wait for my food. The bathroom was my only real problem, it could've been cleaner and it was no paper towels. Almost a 5 Star.

As a frequently satisfied customer of Monsoon Burger, I would like to point out that the description of your experience is atypical from mine. The employees are courteous, the service is good, and the burgers are amazing. One should note that they have an indoor char-b-que rotational Grill that produces a lot of smoke that might not necessarily be captured by the hood system. This ambient smoke will of course build up over time on walls and surfaces, this is an unavoidable law of physics. This is also why they restaraunts have a yearly or semi yearly field day to deep clean surfaces. As a frequently satisfied customer of Monsoon Burger, I will pass on your thoughts to management. I will also note for readers that this seems uncharacteristically slanted to the negative... perhaps an employee had an unusually challenging day, something like a children's daycare emergency which required phone use? That can occasionally happen to any employee, suggested because your experience is not mine.
