It is open, however a membership/sticker is required to enter and access from other beaches is restricted. Stickers can be purchased from the town of Waterford and information is available on the parks and recreation website.
East beach, watch hill Rhode island. There is on street parking usually available at sunrise
No concession stand but there is usually a hog dog truck with a great owner!
