Horrible management. Constructions for months every day from 7am-7pm including Saturday Very poor customer service ...2000 a month you can find same apartments for less money, Gym is ridiculous small and only few working out equipment, the pool on 3" deep

Writing this on behalf of my 90+ year old mother. She lived at this apartment complex from 2010 thru 2021. The apartment changed owners three times. The current owners were responsible for returning her deposit and have not, nearly one year later. Have reported them to BBB, the state of NC Customer Protection Division. The complex owners & managers have ignored all submitted complaints. They are thieves and cheats! Let the renter be aware. Each new owner took responsibility for the deposits made as part of the contract to rent a unit and returning them when the renter left. The current owners have not returned the monies requested, the unit was left clean & without issues. They deserve zero stars.

Pool was closed half of last summer. Now it will not be open for Memorial day. Our requests for non functioning bathroom toilet have persisted for weeks now. They won't pick up recycling unless you pay $3/bag so almost no one is recycling here. Power bill is almost the same as our last home that was twice the size, unit need to be replaced. It takes money, spent by the property owners, to make a place actually good as advertised. This is not what some would consider luxury living. These unit were built before proper sound proofing was required between floors so only rent top floors to keep good sleep.

I’ve been living here for 5 months now. On move in, apartment was not clean or vacuumed well. Crumbs, trash, and hair from previous tenants painted over and now stuck in cabinets. Dryer vent hose not connected to the wall so the entire laundry area would be soaked in condensation. Mold and leaking water around every window that is peeling away the paint. Terrible communication from office. 95% of the time, no one is in the office during correct hours or they just don’t answer the phone if they are. If you have a dog, watch out for all the piles of feces left by other tenants. Unfortunately, we have 7 months left in this place and counting down the minutes.

I don't own a dog but it seems like all the other residents do!! As a new resident, I can def say the apartments are great for dog owners.
All units at our Chapel Hill apartments feature gourmet kitchens with upgraded applicances and granite countertops.
