To determine if there are ways we can assist, please answer these three wuestions. Are you a member of the American Legion or a veteran of a US military service? Also, are the children under court ordered or directed guardianship? Have you applied to other agencies and been assisted or denied? Thank you.

I am a Chapel Hill resident born and raised on Tinkerbell Rd. I have fished on the Legion property since I was 8 years old. I have avoided the property for 20+ years due to aggressive trespassing enforcement. Can I get clearance to fish?

I don't know the answer to that. Have you tried to contact them directly for permission? If not, that's what I would recommend doing.
