What a disappointment Ramón Puig Guayabera. The first time I bought there was in 1996 and I was attended by Ramón Puig himself. A man in every sense of the word. It has been about two years since I returned to buy more guayaberas, the attention was good, not as much as when Don Ramón was alive, but in any case acceptable. Today I came back wanting to buy two or three guayaberas, but I was attended by a tremendously unfriendly lady, who really caused me to make the decision to go out, never buy anything there again, and publicly point out that while this store has this type of collaborator as the That was announced today Saturday, January 8, in the morning, the only thing left is to tell the people that they better not come here. They should sanction her and energetically draw her attention because she is driving customers away.

I drove from Redland to this store on Monday 11/10/2021 to purchase my sons and my husbands shirt for a wedding, the personnel was horrible! These type of worker should receive better customer service training. They should know better not to stereotype their clients. I returned on Wednesday 10/13/2021 to exchange for a different size and buy another shirt for my brother-in-law and we were received by a different worker and worst. I arrived at 5pm sharp and the doors were locked, I asked the lady if they were closed and she very upset answered no, mind you, the business had no clients and she was on her phone via bluetooth. I explained my situation and that I wanted to exchange and buy another guayabera and she completely ignored me and was checking the shirt. I asked her for a long sleeve and she said with a gross attitude that I was going to pay extra and I replied "I did not ask you how much more, I am just asking for a long sleeve" she said she assumed I couldn ' t afford it. How can this be permitted in an establishment, she does not who I am to assume I cannot afford a shirt.The administration should be more efficient when hiring personnel, they should treat all people equal and not assume someone cannot afford a guayabera. Needless to say these shirts only to be worn 1 time. I have never been treated like this and I will never purchase from this store again nor will I ever reffer it. As this can be allowed in an establishment, she does not know who I am to assume that I cannot afford a guayabera, the administration must be more efficient in hiring staff, they must treat all people equally and not assume that someone does not you can afford a guayabera. Needless to say, this shirt will only be worn that one time. I have never been treated like this and I will never buy from this store again or recommend it.
