Not once but twice, the misjudgments and miscalculations of these people left me with arms full of vendors for a wedding and nowhere to drop them. Them saying they could be done in fixing the Virginia V by May turned into August and then September. I rescheduled my wedding 2 months back, forfeiting and replacing vendors, with good faith to their claim that they had identified all that needed to be fixed and could be done by said date, only to be told yet again, a month after all rearrangements for my wedding had been made, that they misjudged and actually needed even more months for even more rot they found. And they continue to go at whatever leisurely pace they like with complete disregard to how devastating their broken word can be to those depending on them for major life events planned on the ships they maintain. The lack of care from them is just inhumane.
