Went to this walgreens to make a return for 2 items I purchased the night before and never received a digital receipt for the items in question. I explain this to the cashier and supervisor that it was 10mins before closing an a guy cashier rung the transaction, some how the receipt wasn't showing up on my rewards at which the supervisor tried mutiple times. She had to get the manager involved with it because whatever she was doing wasn't working,mind you I understand about system glitches. The manager came to the front of the store to assess the situation and stated that the items could not have been purchased because it would have definitely shown on the rewards account. I said Sir, I have no reason to lie, I understand systems have errors and this is an error. I then stated if you are saying I haven't made any purchases in 30 days on the account that definitely is a lie; here's the receipt for another purchase at a different walgreens the same night. He then grabs the items an walk to the back. I stated to the cashier and supervisor to tell him it was about 5-10mins before closing when I checked out it was only a hand full of people in here. He then comes back to the front look at the items stating I don't understand why the system is not showing these items. I said my point exactly! I have no reason to lie, in any retail business mostly there is always some type of glitch. I literally received no apology for him stating that( I stole the items)the items wasn't purchased. I will not be back to this location.

I have been calling for 3 days to try and get my moms prescriptions filled. Used the app to refil but got message that I needed to contact the pharmacist. Everytime I call I get put on hold and then they answer and hang up. Really unacceptable business practices and I will be submitting a complaint to the BBB

Fails to fulfill prescriptions consistently cancels medications worst Pharmacy Customer!! This Walgreens is no “ friendly neighborhood pharmacy” Being a patient a patient with immunocompromised conditions IN NEEC OF MEDICATIONS I highly recommend STAY AWAY
