I think I'm done with Elements now. I went in today and the massage was lackluster again and the lady at the counter seemed a little irked that I wasn't into the many things they want to sell me. Plus, the prices have sure gone up. No thanks.

Not very friendly. Started late and ended early. Pulled hair and was wincing through entire massage. I have had many massages throughout my adult life and this was by far the worse. I do not recommend this place. Receptionists were also very rude.

Had a massage by Lupe at Riverview and she was phenomenal. Was very thorough in her knowledge, had great technique and had great stretching recommendations to do in between my massage sessions to help with the back tension!

COMMITS FRAUD My massage was good, my experience was not. I went in around a month ago for my first time and ended up signing up for a monthly massage subscription. I would pay a monthly fee for a monthly massage and was told I could cancel anytime. Flash forward a month and I'm trying to cancel because I found cheaper and closer massage studios, so I call to cancel my upcoming massage and subscription. The manager was very unhelpful and had awful customer service. I was told that I could not cancel without 30 day notice, this doesn't work for me because I don't want my card charged and I don't plan on going to receive a service anyways. I explained to the manager that staff told me I could cancel anytime when I signed up, all she had to say was a I signed a paper and should've known. I can see that, but why when I ask are employees saying I could cancel anytime without mentioning 30 days? Then the manager says I also have to come in to sign termination papers, which I was not told either. (Exact conversation with employees previously: "So I can just call and cancel anytime?" "Yes and there's no cancellation fees." Point blank, I asked the manager if she was going to charge my card without my permission and without receiving my service. She said yes. Pretty sure that's illegal???? She was EXTREMELY unhelpful and not understanding at all. Authorities and Better Business Bureau here I come!!! FRAUD DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! Update: Went in around 7 to sign the papers that were so necessary, door is locked when they’re open until 9pm
